The value of origami lucky stars was proven a few weeks after the transition when the gumball/gachapon machine was enlisted by District Hall to liven up an "Entrepreneur's Mixer."

It was moved to the registration table, and everyone interacted with it as they signed in. Dozens of capsules were dispensed, filled for the night with "ice breaker" questions. 

The next morning, the District Hall team wrote a "Gumball Machine" Instagram post. Thanks, District Hall!

Last night, at our evening mixer, you may have been introduced to a toy capsule gumball machine. The machine likely dispensed an entrepreneurial ice breaker question for you to answer.
